Bricool is a digital marketplace platform that connects users seeking services with independent service providers. We do not directly provide these services but act as a facilitator.
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
Certain services require payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Bricool takes a commission from successful transactions as agreed upon during booking.
Bricool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service or the services provided by third-party professionals.
